Flying Saucer Ver 2.0 – Fly High with Good Times!
Flying Saucer Ver 2.0 is the first thing that you notice on the boards while in the drive way for the cafe. The Ver 2.0 reminds you that this cafe has been opened again after being decked up with all new interiors, assuring impeccable service and above all, promising mouth watering food and drinks! We went there for the Saturday lunch and were quite happy to see the ambience. With options for both indoor and outdoor seating, they have made it perfect with leather sofas and high rise chair for indoor and relaxing loungers outdoor.
The interiors of the cafe had been done really well. With beer bottle caps marking the walls and stylish chandeliers hanging above, this place had ample space to never look crowded. The highlight of the cafe was the bar located nicely in the center serving as a partition between two seating areas.
The starters are usually the highlight of any cafe and Flying Saucer was no different. We started with the famous Kachoris which were nicely crisped on the out but soft and mushy inside. We also tried the Beijing Chicken, Peri-Peri Chicken, Pizza, Chilly Chicken, Peanut Chaat, Delicious Nachos and Achari Paneer Taco. Beijing Chicken became our favorite because of the tangy and sour flavor and the chicken was juicy inside. Even Kurkura Chicken was tasty as it had a crispy coating of the batter on the top of fresh juicy chicken presented in the form of spring rolls.
For drinks we had the Cosmopolitan, the Jager Bomb, the Kamakazi, Long Island Ice Tea and Chocolate Hazelnut. Long Island Ice Tea being the all time favorite in cocktails, we really liked the Chocolate Hazelnut in mocktails.

As we have had enough of starters in the beginning, it left us with no scope for main course. However, we saw people enjoying the Butter Chicken with Malabar Paratha and Dal Makhni the most. We zoomed straight to the desserts and relished on Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream.
The time spent at the flying saucer was totally worth it as it had the best of ambience, food, music and service, post the introduction of their new menu!
