Punjabi Food Festival at New Town Cafe, Noida
With winters retreating and the weather starting to be nice to all, it is time for the restaurants and hotels to delight its customers with different food festivals. After a great evening at the Kashmiri Food Festival at Radisson Blu, it was time for us to savor our taste buds with spicy and tangy Punjabi cuisine. We were invited for a food tasting session at the Punjabi Food Festival at the New Town Cafe in Park Plaza Hotel, Noida. The cafe is an in-house cafe of the 5 star property serving different cuisines to its guests.

As it was a Punjabi Food Festival, the preparations for the same were commendable. From the ambience to the food, every had an essence of Punjab to it. With the entrance decorated in the form of a rustic village door, welcoming you with a smile, you will be greeted by a Thandai ka Thela for a start.

The dessert spread was the standard from the New Town Cafe with few additions for the food festival. The additions included the Moong Dal Halwa, Punjabi, Angoori Rabadi and Amritsari Phirnee. The last one turned out to be our favorite from the lot, not to be missed at all.
